This fully furnished detached house is located at the end of a 12 km cul de sac in the quiet village of Brodilovo. It has been owned and really enjoyed by the present family for five years.
The Village is quiet and peaceful lying in a wooded National Park. In the village there is a small supermarket, a restaurant and a couple of small shops. The larger town of Tsarevo is nearby with a biggervariety of shops and restaurants.
The Turkish border is about 10 miles as the crow flies , there is a river that passes the village and enters the black sea at one of the best sandy beaches in this area of Bulgaria, you can walk along the river to it, about 8 km.
There are a few different nationalities living in the village and the people are all very friendly. A young couple are available to look after the house when there is no one there; they look after the garden and cut the grass.
The electricity and water is reasonably priced, and the bonus is the house is on the main drains.
