Steve Graul is the Director of Operations and Business Development as well as a licensed Realtor® affiliated with AmeriTeam Realty, Orlando Florida. His specialties include: Luxury Homes, New Home Construction, Commercial and Global Real Estate with an expertise in Social Media Marketing, International Bridging, Market Analysis as well as Training and Recruiting Real Estate Agents. With a background in international relations, Steve is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) a global designation held by only 3000 Realtors worldwide and the Transnational Referral Certification (TRC) which only 1% have earned. He previously served as the 2013 Chairman of the Global Real Estate Council of Orlando and was appointed to the Global Networking Forum Steering Committee by the 2014 Florida Realtors President. Steve was awarded the Rising Star Award for "Demonstrating exceptional potential and dedication in service to the association." He served as a Director for the Orlando Regional Realtor Association and for Florida Realtors Board of Directors (2014-2016). He participated on Government Affairs Committee, Budget and Finance Committee as well as being the past 2012 Vice Chairman of Technology at the Orlando Regional Realtors Association. During his career he has captured the eye of many because of his demonstrated capabilities in working with diversified communities and professional groups in the execution and completion of international transactions. In the course of his professional career, Steve has carefully developed invaluable working relationships with other professionals in the industry such as title companies, attorney’s, lenders, appraisers, builders, architects, institutional investors, realtors as well as international organizations with access to nationwide and worldwide contacts.
