Location Details
The Jardin de los Reyes plot is located 50 minutes from Alicante airport on the main Madrid motorway between Almansa and Enguera. The plot location itself is around 90km from the Coast.

It is possible to reach the plot directly via motorway from Valencia, Alicante and Madrid. High speed train between Madrid-Alicante and Valencia with a station just 2.5 miles from the plot. Valencia, Alicante and Murcia airports are all within 1 hours drive.

Local climate
The climate in Albacete is typical of the South of Spain. The summers are nearly always extremely hot with almost no rainfall. The temperatures are at a peak during July, August and into September. From March through to October you will find people in t-shirts and pools are often used from April.

During the winter months of November through to February temperatures are lower but still regarded as mild. Rainfall during this period is common, usually light showers but the occasional heavy storm helps to top up the local reservoirs.
