The hotel is situated in a coastal village, about 1800 meters to the beach of, about 40km to Varna, about 30km to Biala. It comprises 12 quest rooms, three attic rooms and small restaurant area. The property comes with 600 sq.m plot of land, bordering main asphalt street.ABOUT THE AREA:Shkorpilovtsi is a small sea resort, located only 100 m away from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Northern Black Sea coast. Its proximity to the sea capital of Bulgaria Varna makes it a preferred holiday destination for many Bulgarian and foreign tourists. The sand strip in Shkorpilovtsi is 13 km long and 100 m wide and it is the longest and the widest sand strip at Bulgarian Black Sea side. It is equally attractive to the guests of any of the lovely hotels there and to the camping fans. The region is an excellent example of ecologically clean region, which blends wild beaches and various types of woods in an unparalleled manner. The village has approximately 720 people population. It lies about 42 km south of Varna and roughly 30 km north of Byala. Upon entering the village you will see numerous small holiday settlements, visited by many tourists. Shkorpilovtsi boasts plenty of quiet spots, soaked with tradition, where you will be able to enjoy the magnificent nature, virgin beaches, to immerse in the special atmosphere of Bulgarian customs. The Funduklijska River flows right next to the beach and to the bridge. The latter is an inviting place to watch the stunning sunset. The zone along the river is rich in mineral waters an indispensable premise for a high-quality spa resort. The resort is set to develop rapidly, with plans announced recently for a 500 mln development of a 25,000-30,000 bed resort backed by investors from Switzerland, Belgium, Germany and the UK. The resort will cover 210 hectares and will include a marina and a stadium. Works have already started on the construction of 1,000 residential homes and a 500-bed five-star hotel.COMMENTS:.. A lot of the tourist places we found to be overcrowded that is until on the last day we found Shkorpilovtsi. The beach is stunning and although there are some run down chalets close to the beach the potential of the are is enourmous. A lot of the villages around there look like they have been in the a war, everything was falling down. Even if you found something with potential the next door neighbours look like a scrap yard, Half the gardens are used for growing food and they tend these gardens with passion but the other half has nothing but rubbish in it. But if you follow the road inland from shkorpilovtsi it is a very different matter, villages are rustic but are looked after a lot better. ..My last stop, within hours of leaving for home was Shkorpilovtsi. How I cheered up! This is the most unspoilt, undeveloped beautiful beach I have seen for a long time. Ok, it has a couple of run down camping sites, but the majority of these people are poor farming people and cannot afford our prices - they need holidays too, and it is their country. It is surrounded by farming land with a small local village, there are one or two hotels and there is another right on the beach. It also has the Kamchia National Park, which means it will never be a really built up area. This is not a typical tourist resort - but for me that is a bonus. If you want a lively resort, go to Golden Sands, if you want a peaceful chill out holiday in tranqil surroundings with wonderful beach, try this ..Lifestyle ActivitiesCoastalVillageDevelopmentInlandResortMarinaBeachSpaRuralWoodsProperty FeaturesGardenAttic
